The Village Marquee is available for hire to the village and for villagers’ private events at a cost of £150. Should the Marquee be used for a charitable event that benefits the village the Parish Council will waive the £150 charge. (Insurance still required)
The marquee can be booked via the Parish Clerk at ludgershallpc@gmail.com and must be insured by the hirer from the time of collection to the time of its return to storage. The Parish Council cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by or to the marquee whilst in the hirer’s possession.
